Terms and Conditions

1. ผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุน 1 ท่าน มีสิทธิ์ลงทะเบียนเพื่อลุ้นรับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม เพียง 1 สิทธิ์ เท่านั้น
   During the duration of the activity period, each unitholder possesses the privilege to register for a singular right.
2. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม ต้องลงทะเบียนเพื่อรับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม Film for Fun(d) by BBLAM ชมภาพยนตร์ เรื่อง JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH ใน วันเสาร์ที่ 12 กรกฏาคม 2568 รอบ 13.30 น. ณ โรงภาพยนตร์ SF World Cinema Central World
   To gain access to the "Film for Fun(d) by BBLAM" event and enjoy the screening of the movie "JURASSIC WORLD REBIRTH " on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. at SF World Cinema Central World, it is imperative that participants complete the registration process to secure their participation rights.
3. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม ต้องเป็นผู้ถือหน่วยลงทุนในกองทุนรวมภายใต้การบริหารจัดการและมีรายชื่อในฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนอยู่กับ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุนรวม บัวหลวง จำกัด (บลจ.บัวหลวง) ณ วันที่ 30 พฤษภาคม 2568 เท่านั้น
   Participants must be unitholders in a mutual fund managed by BBL Asset Management Co., Ltd.(BBLAM) and listed in the registration database as of May 30, 2025.
4. มีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 280 สิทธิ์ (1 ท่าน ต่อ 1 สิทธิ์ โดยได้รับ สิทธิ์ละ 2 ที่นั่ง) รวมทั้งหมด 560 ที่นั่ง
   There are 280 rights available, with each person entitled to 2 seats, resulting in a total of 560 seats.
5. ระยะเวลาลงทะเบียนตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 – 11 มิถุนายน 2568 ผ่านช่องทาง BBLAM Website (www.bblam.co.th)
   Registration is open from June 6 to June 11, 2025, through the BBLAM website (www.bblam.co.th).
6. กิจกรรมจะมีการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านช่องทาง BBLAM Website, Facebook Page BBLAM, และตามช่องทางประชาสัมพันธ์ของบริษัทฯ
   The activities will be promoted through the BBLAM website, BBLAM Facebook page, and the company's public relations channels
7. บลจ.บัวหลวง จะเปิดให้ท่านตรวจสอบรายชื่อและยืนยันการรับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านช่องทาง BBLAM Website (www.bblam.co.th) ตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 - 20 มิถุนายน 2568 ถ้าท่านไม่ได้ทำการยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายในวันที่ 20 มิถุนายน 2568 จะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์
   You can check and confirm your participation rights on the BBLAM Website (www.bblam.co.th) between June 16 and June 20, 2025. Any unconfirmed rights by June 20, 2025, will be considered forfeited.
8. ในกรณีมีผู้สละสิทธิ์ บลจ.บัวหลวง ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการบริหารจัดการสิทธิ์ที่เหลือ
   Should an individual choose to relinquish their rights, BBLAM retains the prerogative to oversee the allocation of the remaining rights.
9. ท่านจะได้รับ SMS ที่มีการระบุรหัสเฉพาะบุคคล เพื่อใช้เป็นหลักฐาน สำหรับเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในวันดังกล่าว
   An SMS containing a personal code will be sent to you for use as formal evidence of your participation in the activities.
10. บลจ.บัวหลวง ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ การให้สิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแก่ผู้ลงทะเบียนที่มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วน ตามลำดับการลงทะเบียนก่อนหลังเท่านั้น (First Come, First Serve Basis)
    BBLAM will allocate participation rights for the activity in the order of registration, prioritizing those who meet all qualifications on a first-come, first-served basis.
11. สิทธิ์ชมภาพยนตร์นี้ ไม่สามารถแลกหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด และใช้ร่วมกับโปรโมชั่น /กิจกรรมอื่นๆ ได้
    Participation rights in this event cannot be converted into cash or traded, and they are not applicable in combination with other promotions or activities.
12. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด และเงื่อนไขโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า กรณีเกิดข้อโต้แย้ง หรือข้อพิพาท คำตัดสินของบลจ.บัวหลวง ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด
    BBLAM retains the authority to modify the terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, the decision made by BBLAM will be considered as final.
13. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมตกลงยินยอมให้ บลจ.บัวหลวง เก็บ รวบรวม ประมวลผล ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน อันประกอบด้วย ชื่อ นามสกุล เลขที่บัตรประจำตัวประชาชน เบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือ และข้อมูลทางชีวภาพ เช่น ภาพนิ่ง ภาพเคลื่อนไหว การถ่ายภาพรวม ตลอดถึงภาพบรรยากาศระหว่างการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าว เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ในการสื่อสาร และเผยแพร่ ประกาศให้บุคคลอื่นทราบเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรม Film for Fun(d) by BBLAM ของ บลจ.บัวหลวง ผ่านช่องทางและสื่อต่าง ๆ ตามที่บริษัทเห็นสมควร
    Participants in the activity grant BBLAM permission to collect, process, and use their personal information, including name, surname, national ID card number, mobile phone number, and biometric data (images and videos). This data may be used for communication and announcements related to Film for Fun(d) by BBLAM activities through various channels, as deemed appropriate by the company
14. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านที่ได้ให้ไว้ จะถูกใช้ในกิจกรรม Film for Fun(d) by BBLAM เท่านั้น ข้อมูลของท่านจะถูกลบ ทำลาย ออกจากระบบ เมื่อกิจกรรมได้จบลงแล้วภายใน 60 วันทำการ
    Your provided personal information will be used solely for the Film for Fun(d) by BBLAM activity and will be deleted from our systems within 60 business days after the activity ends.
